Great central location, staff were helpful, rooms were great, didn't get the chance to eat or drink there, the restaurant looked great but seemed to be no one using it. Had no available carpark when I came back at about 9-30 pm, the staff found a available space against the building, I was appreciative for that

I visited the Farmers Market which was fun. I also had a takeaway meal of blue cod, oysters and homemade chips from Best Cafe. The meal was amazing.
I visited a part of the Botanic gardens which was lovely and watched a women’s rugby game at Opoho, just above the Gardens. We were treated to beautiful weather and a large flocks of wood pigeons!

It was very cold, but luckily it didn't rain and where we've stayed our heatpump was amazing. Dunedin is beautiful with very old beautiful buildings and lots of noisy students walking in the main streets until very late talking very loud and kicking rubbish bins.

We just stayed one night on our way to Stewart island as we have been here many times.
We did a trip to Port Chalmers as we hadn’t been there. It a a cute town with a working port. Worth a look and a bit of a walk around.
aevery aspect of this hotel is professional, friendly, clean, we could not fault it! We arrived with a lot of luggage as we have a 4 month old baby, we were instantly followed to the room by your receptionist who carried half of our bags while my husband parked the car, the rooms are massive and modern and well equipped. The food from your restaurant is always delicious and of an amazing standard. This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. I am a travel agent and this will always be my go to hotel in Dunedin. Love it!!!
The front of house team were great and very helpful, especially when we had a few small issues. Our included breakfast was fantastic! Loads of choice, plenty of it and a nice environment to sit and eat, while looking out at the Dunedin hills. Very handy location to the centre of Dunedin (the Octagon) where there are lots of pub and relaxed style restaurants and cafes. Note that Dunedin is very hilly, so getting back to the hotel after dinner and a couple of wines can be difficult!
This hotel is unique. Room was beautiful, finished with high quality materials and great taste. Location is also convenient. But what is really rare and made this room so special: air conditioning was really quiet. I cannot stand any noise at night (picky client) and first time I could sleep with air condition on! I would say that Ebb Dunedin is rather expensive but there is great value for this price, it is exceptional place on NZ accomodation map. Highly recommended.
The stuff was super sweet and friendly and they are easy to reach. The hotel is clean and well stuffed. A lot of parking space! It is in a pretty and quiet neighbor hood and walking distance to the busy town. We parked the car and toured the area by foot. Close to everything and a lot of super nice restaurants especially Japanese and other Asian restaurants. We recommend this place and will come back to stay again.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Also in the southern side of the city which makes it an easy drive to the airport.
the layout was very nice, we had a 2 bedroom unit and the floor plan made it easy to move around in the apartment without getting in the way of other people. For example, the bathroom and kitchen were not on top of each other which you often see in motels.
It was a great location next to the Settlers Museum and historic train station. Within a few blocks of lots of restaurants and shopping. The free parking was a convenience and with everything so close, we walked everywhere.
The hotel had a very nice lounge overlooking the street where I worked on my computer.
The room was very comfortable.
I chose the hotel because of its position opposite St Clair beach.
I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. This includes the cleaning staff.
It is a good central location for exploring Dunedin.
Lots of good coffee nearby - especially the pink caravan coffee.
The rooms not only look stylish but everything was finished so well- from the quality of the furniture, to the room size, to the hot high pressure shower, the shampoo/soap/tea/coffee etc inclusions and the comfy quiet room! We loved eveurthing about our room, it was such a lovely hotel experience.
The room had a wall-mounted TV with accessible and functioning HDMI inputs, and the free wifi was good enough for video calls most of the time. Both of which is more than I can say for some more expensive hotel rooms in Dunedin.
Enjoyed staying at this hotel for a number of reasons. Very welcoming hosts, great location to town and rooms were good size and very clean. No A/C in room so we were provided a fan which was fine.
Beautiful spot, well thought out interior design, warm, cosy and friendly host with great communication. Definitely exceeds expectations and will be back, far far better than a hotel. Thanks guys
Rooms and breakfast was good . Staff was really helpful and friendly . Hotel was in the centre of Dunedin city and very convenient for everything . Prices were reasonable as well .
I had an enjoyable couple of days in Dunedin. The hotel was close to the places I wanted to visit and parking was a bonus. Staff were friendly and I had no complaints. Thank you.
The location of this hotel was perfect for the purpose of our stay, the parking was ok although very tight but it was first come first served which was fair enough
