The hosts have thought of everything...from the extra towels to the sensor lighting as you walk from the cottage to your car in the carport...from the umbrella by the door as you walk out (which we needed!) to the note about how to turn off the temperature indicator on the AC at night...just a lot of little touches that made this a really comfortable stay, we will definitely come back!! Lovely welcoming and inviting entry. Multiple seating areas and bathrooms, all very well kept. Beautiful pool and gardens. Comfortable and clean beds. Loads of extra supplies provided which was immensely appreciated. Loved the local historic information as well. We were super grateful for the ability to book a single night, most places this wonderful have minimum requirements. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

The view and the serenity were stunning! The host instructions to access the property were very clear and friendly. They also provide a bit of history about thier time on the property which was quite lovely to read as my wife and I soaked in the view. Our little one had an absolute joy of a time. The little unit was just as described. Very inviting and beautiful setup and colours. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. We stayed in the Lotis suite. It really gave you a Bali vibe. Breakfast selection was great.It came with coffee and tea. We were supplied with towels,shower gel,shampoo& conditioner. A hair dryer was available and an iron and ironing board. All cleaning products ,cutlery glassware and dishes supplied. The outside area with its relaxing views was very well set-up complete with lounge ,table and chairs and a well maintained bbq. Happy to stay there again .

Excellent communication and is a friendly host. Lovely space and views. Large breakfast while entertained by the local birds. Stocked with everything you might need or want for a few nights away. Quiet spot away from the crowds and traffic, yet a short drive from the hinterland hotspots. Alexandria is a shared home space, however there is amazing privacy, discretion and freedom of movement. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The bed was very comfortable and enormous, and the shower was big with a really nice shower head. The gardens made the bedroom feel cool and private. The front of the property has a well maintained traditional manor type garden and the back has a lot of beautiful trees and succulents with a path that follows a little flowing stream to the back. There are little areas to sit and listen to the trees and birds - makes you feel like you’re in the middle of the rain forest. I’m a bit of an anxious person when it comes to new people and was worried about being in a B&B situation but Renate and Roberto were unpretentious and warm and made us feel really welcome and at ease. And Rupert (sweet teddy bear dog) helped us get our puppy dog fix. The breakfast was fancy cafe quality and we had an awesome coffee to go with it. I’ve never stayed at a B&B before but I reckon this one’s the best.
