I liked everything. From the building which is a living history to the delicious breakfast with the home made bread variety. Everything is carefully selected and organised by the owner and their family. Lastly the location of the hotel, is the best you can have in Limeni. You’ll see what I mean when you get to have breakfast on the balcony (picture attached).

Spectacular tiny, tidy village on a turquoise bay.
Spectacular tiny, tidy village on a turquoise bay. We had a wonderful time there, warm clean sea for swimming, fresh seafood on the beach at sunset, comfortable accommodation right on the water. The full force of the summer tourist season had not yet commenced, so it was still quiet.

Limeni is a quiet location in May.
Limeni is a quiet location in May. It is very convenient for touring around The Mani area. The easy drive from Kalamata airport to the village is alongside the sea most of the way and has beautiful views from the hilly road.

Limeni is just beautiful.
Limeni is just beautiful. It is very quiet in late October but just the ticket to really unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. One of the restaurants is extremely expensive so you'll dig deep. Use the local taxis to take you up to Areopoli. It is a really lovely place to wander around and see the traditional architecture of the "inner mani". This really is a special place. The tavernas serve delicious food at very reasonable prices.

Very beautiful place with crystal clear waters and upgraded to support tourism recently. A bit on the pricey side, prefer the town of Areopolis for food and a night stroll if you are on a budget.
Choose a place with parking as it's kind of a nightmare during summer.
Get a rental as there is no public transportation and be ready for lots of driving if you want to explore the countryside which is very recommended.
Don't miss Cape Tainaro.

Limeni is a place where you go to relax and enjoy the delicious food. It has great restaurants and places to have a drink! The fact that it is surrounded by water makes it even more unique!
I would have liked a pharmacy to be near by and a mini market for necessary little things that one might need. However, it is a place one must visit!!!

Stunning turquoise sea and an attractive village of historic refurbished buildings right on the waters edge with plenty of tavernas, which are on the pricey side for this area of Greece. Only one shop - a deli type store selling the local specialities to take home, rather than everyday groceries. A very relaxing place to stay, with a one way cobbled street through the middle with parallel parking along the side, which was quiet in early June but probably gets rammed in high season.
This property is spectacular; there was a gorgeous view from every room, the quality of the room, products & service were beyond our expectations.
The food was AMAZING and the details from the service to the tableware was exceptional.
The other guests, staff and especially the owner all added to how much we enjoyed our stay -- we felt at home but so well looked after!
For anyone wanting to visit the Peloponnese Region, Limeni is a MUST with it's glistening waters, amazing climate and heritage -- we WILL be returning!
Was probably the best we have had in the Peloponnese so far! Super easy check in and the host made the parking in front of the accommodation so easy(not easy to park in Limeni)
All modern appliances and coffee machine and drying rack and really amazing balcony to just sit and watch the beautiful views of Limeni
Host was really great at communicating and even called us after our arrival to check if we needed anything-awesome!
One of the most beautiful locations for a hotel. Georgia, the caretaker of the hotel was the most accommodating, above and beyond employee. She made my girlfriend and i’s stay incredibly memorable. From preparing breakfast for us, to restaurant recommendations/reservations, to her husband’s taxi service, she did everything for us! The hotel itself and location was breathtaking, very quaint and clean.
Beautiful room with a good bathroom that had plenty of bench space. Good location in town and all staff were friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and more than you can eat with dishes changing a little each day to keep it interesting.
The photos need updating and do not so the place justice. The restaurant now has a deck over the rocks and beside the hotel is now a cocktail bar run by the family.

Stunning hilltop location overlooking the crystal clear bay below. Comfortable, spacious room with kitchenette and en suite bathroom. Loved the balcony with sea view, and the delicious breakfast each morning, and the friendly, attentive service from Spiros! Limeni is a gorgeous little town and a great base for visiting the Mani peninsula.
We had a great stay. The view from the terraces surrounding the house is great. The house also has the ideal location for going to Aeropoli, visiting Mani, and we had a lovely afternoon in the Limeni bay where we saw sea turtles. The house has everything needed, and we were welcomed by the friendly owners.
The hosts are very friendly and hospitable, thank you for always trying to help and make sure everything is going great!
The location is amazing, right in the center of Limeni and has private spots for parking, which is very important there. Very clean room.
Unbeatable views from a gorgeous, well-preserved historic building! Georgia was an exceptional host and really elevated our stay from a typical hotel stay with her knowledge of the area, thoughtfulness and professionalism. Great breakfast!
Exceptional breakfast with a magnificent view of Limeni Bay. Everything was so freshly made! The property was impeccably clean. Our accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. Chroni, Dimitra thank you so much for your hospitality.
What a beautiful location and hotel. The hotel fits into the hillside, very quiet and picturesque . The room was very spacious and clean with a fantastic view. Lovely breakfast. Great base to visit the area with many gorgeous beaches.
Perfect accomodation on perfect location.
Definitely one of our favourite hotels. Apartment super clean, tidy, beautiful view, great hospitality. Worth putting it on your bucket list.
We will definitely come back.
