The location is perfect. We’ve completed all the sightseeing on foot. Great restaurants close by. In case someone wants to jog there is a river with great path along. Host was really helpful guiding us to nice restaurants. Great breakfast - Italian style but with options for those needing more: coffee, tea, fruits, cakes, panini, prosciutto & formaggio. It was available entire day - perfect solution!

Perfect! everything was clean, good location (no noise outside and near to most places). Mei Ann, the lady who was in charge of the Guest House, was so nice to us, she guide us to the metro tickets, and was so lovely during our stay. The breakfast was mainly sweet, you have options to choose, and can switch it to try different flavors each morning. At first we thought is was too little, but every morning we ended up full. For bigger stomachs you can complement it with a panino in different caffès near the guest house.

Via Veneto Prestige Rooms is well located for visiting Rome (we were able to walk almost everywhere) and on a quiet street, so it wasn't noisy, except for the emptying of the bins early in the morning. The beds were comfortable, with a modern décor and everything was clean. Debora, on reception, was very welcoming and friendly and gave us several recommendations about restaurants and sightseeing.

There is also a bus stop in front of the house with buses going to the city center and to the Termini station. The host was very nice and helpful, she gave us numerous tips regarding restaurants with local food, transportation, etc. There is a well-equipped kitchen in the guest house, the wi-fi connection was also good. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and nicely furnished and Audrey and Maurizio have been amazing hosts who have spared no effort in making my stay enjoyable, recommending beautiful places to visit in Rome, and providing some snacks, coffee and tea in the kitchen. Out room was quite big and even had air conditioning and a little balcony, which we didn't expect. It was located to the a little courtyard which made it super quiet. We loved to sit there in the morning and evening. Anderson is a really great host. We could text him via what's app if we needed anything anytime.
