Comfortable, clean, big size room. Very comfortable beds, extremly clean and nice bathroom, soft white towels, walk in closet, nice lights, just perfect acommodation. Near the center (cca 20 min walking), but highly recommend to take electric bike or trotinet for faster transportation (5 min). There are 2 restaurants very close for breakfast. You can leave your baggage at the basement when you leave, but they will charge you, still less than in city center. The host Anna was amazingly polite and helpfull. Highly recommend this place.

We had a family of seven across two rooms and it was fantastic space that didn't feel crowded. The bunk rooms for the kids were great and made it easy to fit the family in. Everything had a fresh look and was clean. The self help snacks and breakfast made getting out early in the day so easy. Location was fantastic and they helpfully stored our bags on the morning of departure so we could get out and explore more of the city.

Excellent location, perfectly clean and intelligent layout of the rooms. Exceptionally clean and modern. It reminded me of a exceedingly luxurious university dorm experience with 4 separate rooms. Surgically clean well equipped kitchen with a relaxing common area was delightful. All was well above our expectations. General experience was above a 5 star hotel room.

Wonderful location, clean, well equipped rooms, and the communal area; comfortable bed. Communication with Marco went very well. I was able to drop off my luggage early, and to my surprise, my room was almost ready, with just 10 minutes waiting while making myself espresso in the kitchen/communal area. There is no need to explain how appreciated by travelers the opportunity to check in early.

It’s a good size, very clean, safe and quiet. Lots of small bars, cafes, food and supermarket places. There’s a lot of kitchen units, but not a lot in them, which was fine for me, but anyone self-catering may want a few more things. Big fridge. Nice bathroom. Air conditioning units when needed, but the temperature was mild when I was there. The polite owner was on hand if I needed anything.

It's a system that works on self-check-in basis, so we never actually saw anyone, but the host, Alejandra, was very responsive by whatsapp and when we asked for different pillows, made it happen: thanks again! There's also a basic kitchen in the flat (including a capsule coffee maker) which would probably allow for simple self-catering, but which we did not use.
